Tony Kart chassis and OTK parts for drivers and teams

Tony Kart is one of the most familiar names in the UK paddock. Whether you are putting together a new kart and engine package, changing chassis or rebuilding the kart in the awning, we can help you find the right option and the parts to keep it running.

Tony Kart is part of the wider OTK chassis family, alongside Kosmic Kart, Exprit, LN Racing Kart, Redspeed, Gillard, EOS and CS55. The genuine OTK range includes axles, hubs, wheels, brake components and pads, steering parts, bearings, bodywork, fixings and the smaller chassis-specific items that are not always easy to identify.

Getting the correct reference matters. Parts can change between chassis generations and brake systems, and two components that look almost identical may not be interchangeable. We would rather check the details than guess and send you the wrong part.

Can’t see the part you need online? That does not necessarily mean we cannot supply it. It may still be available from the wider OTK catalogue as a special order. Not every item is held on the shelf, so we will confirm the correct part number, current availability and expected lead time before you place the order.

• the approximate year or generation;
• the brake system, where relevant; and
• clear photographs of the component and how it mounts.

Clear photographs are especially useful for brake, steering and bodywork parts. A small design change can be the difference between the correct part and one that looks right but does not fit.
