At IC Kartstore Ltd, we’re committed to providing prompt and reliable delivery for all customer orders. Please find our detailed shipping policy below.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (UK time) on a business day are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (UK Mainland)

Our UK shipping rates and delivery timeframes below apply to UK Mainland (England, Scotland and Wales).

Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days
Express Tracked Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order value and selected delivery method.

Non-Mainland UK Deliveries

Please note that delivery to non-mainland UK locations may incur additional shipping costs and/or longer delivery times (for example: Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands, and other remote postcodes). Where available, the correct shipping cost will be shown at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations. Delivery timeframes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected service.

Important: The recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment through the courier’s tracking page.
