Bengio Standard Kart Rib Protector

The Bengio Standard is a lightweight, Italian-made kart rib protector built for both club-level and competitive karting. Its multi-layer composite shell absorbs and distributes impact around the rib cage, torso and lower back — the areas most exposed during side loads, kerb strikes and off-track excursions.

Fit and comfort

Ergonomically shaped to sit close to the body without restricting movement in the seat. Adjustable side and shoulder straps let each driver dial in a personalised fit, and the smooth internal lining keeps the protector comfortable across long stints and back-to-back sessions.

Sizing at a glance

Available in XS, S, SM, M, L, XL and XXL across three colourways: Grey / Fluro Yellow, White / Fluro Green, and Black / Fluro Orange. If you're between sizes we recommend sizing up for growth room on younger drivers, or sizing down for a snug adult race fit. Care and durability

Wipe clean with a damp cloth after each session. Avoid harsh solvents. Stored dry, the Standard shell will hold its shape and protective properties across multiple seasons of hard use.
