OTK Rear Brake Pads (Current) BSD / BWD

Keeping brake pads to the correct specification helps maintain consistent, predictable stopping performance on an OTK chassis. The 0082.G4KIT is the current replacement pad kit for all OTK Group chassis running either the BSD hydraulic system (2018–2024) or the revised BWD system introduced for 2025 — supplied as a complete set to the same specification as the original fitment. Compatible with Tony Kart, Kosmic, Exprit, LN Kart, Redspeed, and all other OTK Group chassis running BSD or BWD brakes.

Inspect pads at every meeting and replace before they reach minimum thickness — worn pads can score the disc surface and cause inconsistent pedal feel. When fitting new pads, it is also worth checking the 180mm disc or 206mm disc for heat cracking and the caliper seals for any sign of weeping fluid.

Fitting Note: Bed new pads in progressively over the first few laps rather than making a single heavy stop from speed. This helps seat the friction material evenly against the disc and can improve braking consistency throughout the session.
