OTK Rear Hub D50 x 77mm Magnesium

The OTK Rear Hub D50 x 77mm Magnesium (part 0046.E0) is the short magnesium rear wheel hub used across the OTK family of kart chassis. Cast from magnesium alloy, it mounts the rear wheel to the 50mm rear axle and is held in position by an M8 wheel stud and K nut. At 77mm, it is the shortest of the OTK rear hub range and is a genuine OTK spare part.

Setup Notes

Rear hub length is a primary chassis setup variable. A shorter hub such as the 77mm option reduces the contact patch spread at the rear axle, which can help free rear-end grip and improve rotation through slower corners. It is commonly selected on higher-grip track surfaces or when a driver wants more corner exit rotation. The 77mm hub is typically paired with the OTK 50mm Rear Axle and used alongside hub length comparisons with the 92mm standard, 115mm long, and 148mm extra long options.
