Birel ART S-19 KZ Chassis

The Birel ART S-19 KZ is the current 30 mm shifter (KZ) rolling chassis in the S-19 generation. It uses Birel ART's homologated 30 mm frame with the S-19 Hi-Tech one-piece caster/camber bushing and 10 mm-bearing Hi-Tech steering column, built to the standard RY30-S19 SH specification for shifter-kart competition.

Key features

• 30 mm frame: homologation 007/CH/10 with a 1,045 mm wheelbase; 645 mm rear / 730 mm front track and 1,510 mm length.
• S-19 Hi-Tech front geometry: one-piece caster/camber bushing (approx. ±4° caster and approx. 12–14 mm camber range) with the 10 mm-bearing Hi-Tech steering column and Ø25 EVO spindles.
• Braking: RR25 hydraulic rear brake with a 180x16 G rear disc, plus hydraulic front brakes with 150x12 G discs.
• Rear axle: 50x2x1040 F rear axle with 50 aluminium HQ EVO disc carrier and 50x100 aluminium HQ EVO rear hubs.
• Equipment: approx. 10 L tank, Ø340 steering wheel, DF130 + DF210 MG wheels, 85 aluminium or magnesium front hubs, KG509 front bodywork, Freeline Aero side pods and KG C3 rear protection.

Built for KZ / shifter-kart racing where a homologated 30 mm S-19 chassis with front and rear hydraulic braking is required.
