Tony Kart Rookie EVS

The Tony Kart Rookie EVS is the soft-compound-tyre version of OTK's current 950 mm MINI chassis. It uses a 28 mm chrome-molybdenum steel frame, 30 mm rear axle, current M9/M8 bodywork and the BSM5 rear brake.

EVS is intended for MINI-format applications using soft-compound tyres; Tony Kart's EVM version is designed around medium compounds. Always choose against the tyre and chassis rules for the championship concerned.

• MINI chassis: 28 mm frame tubes with a 950 mm wheelbase and 30 mm rear axle.
• Current front end: BMT4 stub axles and 235 mm steering rods, with eccentric washers for camber and caster adjustment.
• Driver fit: forged multi-adjustable aluminium pedals, 3-litre fuel tank and Alcantara steering wheel.
• BSM5 brake: 4A pads and a 149 mm floating rear disc.
• Current bodywork: M9 front spoiler and fairing with M8 side bumpers and rear protection.

What's included?

The standard rolling-chassis package includes the frame, BSM5 brake, 30 mm axle, AXJ wheels, current bodywork, graphics, integral floor tray, magnesium hubs, aluminium chain tensioner, chain guard, engine brackets and exhaust cradle configured for the agreed engine package.

Seat: an OTK MINI flat fibreglass seat in the selected size is included. A Tillett seat is a chargeable upgrade and is strongly recommended where the driver fit and package suit it.

Not included: engine and tyres. Other engine- or class-specific equipment is supplied only where separately agreed.

Availability and delivery

Currently out of stock. When available, UK mainland delivery is £180 including VAT, or collection can be arranged. No restock date is currently confirmed.
